Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c all-purpose gluten-free flour
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 6 T unsalted butter, chopped and chilled
- 1/2 cup full fat sour cream, chilled
- Ice water by teaspoonful, as necessary

Preheat Oven
375 degrees
Grease 9-inch pie pan generously. Set aside.

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
Add butter pieces to well.

Add sour cream and mix together.
Dough should be shaggy and somewhat crumbly.

Knead the dough together with clean hands until it begins to come together.
Add ice water by teaspoon only if necessary for the dough to hold together.

Turn the dough out on a sheet of plastic wrap.
Press into a disc and wrap with plastic wrap. Place the dough in the refridgerator for 30 minutes.
