Ingredients
- 1.0 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1.0 Tablespoon red wine
- 0.5 cups apple or orange juice
- 0.25 cups sugar
- 1.0 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1.0 cups fresh blueberries
- 1.0 cups fresh blackberries
- 1.0 cups chopped fresh strawberries
- 1.0 cups fresh raspberries

Combine 1
Combine cornstarch and red wine in small bowl, stirring until cornstarch is dissolved. Set aside.

Combine Fruit
Combine fruit juice, sugar, and lemon juice in a small saucepan.

Cook the stuff from 2
Bring to simmer. Add cornstarch mixture, blueberries, and blackberries.

Add the rest of the stuff
Cook 1-2 minutes, until berries soften and mixture thickens. Add strawberries, stirring to combine. Remove from heat. Gently fold in raspberries. Server over Belgian waffles.
