Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups cut broccoli (frozen)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1–3 ounce can of french fried onions
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed

Preheat Oven
350°

Cook
Broccoli according to the package directions

Combine
soup, sour cream, and salt in a 2 quart casserole dish
Stir in rice, chicken, and broccoli

Bake
20–25 minutes

Sprinkle
with onions

5–8 minutes longer until onions are deep golden brown
