Creamy Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 (-1/2) cup sour cream
  • 2.5 tablespoons white (I use apple cider) vinegar
  • 1/2 (I use 1) teaspoon Dijon (I use stone ground) mustard
  • 3 teaspoons granulated sugar (I use 1/2 teaspoon stevia)
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pepper to taste (I use 1/2 teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper)
  • 1-3 tablespoons Fairlife milk (optional-to thin as desired)
  • 14-16 ounces coleslaw mix

Pairs well with…Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken, Burgers

Recipe

Mix

Add all the ingredients except coleslaw mix to a medium bowl, and whisk until smooth. Taste and adjust if needed.

Toss

Add the coleslaw mix to a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss. Depending how creamy you want the salad, you may have a little dressing left over.

Serve

Ok to serve right away if needed. Even better to let the flavors meld for a few hours in the fridge prior to serving.
