Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups unsifted flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon ginger
- ¾ butter or margarine
- 1 ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup light molasses
- 2 large eggs

Preheat Oven
350°

Cream Together
butter and sugar
Add molasses
Mix well

Add
eggs, one at a time
mix well
add dry ingredients, slowly

Drop
by level teaspoon on greased and floured pans

Bake
8–10 minutes

Let Sit
1 minute before removing from pan
