Ingredients

  • ½ cup shortening
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice

Preheat Oven

350°

Mix

shortening, flour, and powdered sugar with pastry blender

Press into 8 x 8 pan

Bake

15 minutes

Mix

eggs, sugar, flour, and lemon juice with blender

Pour over baked crust

20 minutes

Sprinkle

with powdered sugar

Cut into squares while warm
