Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, choped
  • 2 Tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt, as desired

Place all ingredients in a Slow Cooker

Cook on Low for 8-10 hours (or High for 6 hours)

Remove meat from slow cooker. Save liquid.

Shred meat
