Traditional Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Preheat Oven

425°

Mix

all ingredients in a large bowl

Bake

15 minutes

Reduce

oven temperature to 350°

35–40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean
